Absolutely impressed with this property, the place was spotless and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the location is great. Fun area to shop and wander around the town. Loved this place. Thank you.

We have stayed there twice. Very pleased both times, particularly with the staff.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, some need some training in running a first-class hotel. One morning I couldn’t go down the hall because there were dirty linens on the floor. The staff person apologized; I attributed it to lack of proper training.

Dirty sheets on arrival. No working wifi in the room for 3 days despite repeated assurance that it would be fixed.

Great staff and location. It is not in Fort Kochi which was for us a bonus. It is however walking distance to that area. We hired a tuk tuk all day for 150 an hour. Best way to get around

We stayed in their deluxe room. We opened the door , the place was perfect and cooled. We had a continental and Indian breakfast between us. It was ample, fresh served with our first quality ground coffee after 3 weeks in India. Location was away from Princess Street Fort Kochi which suited us as we got a noiseless sleep. The Hotel is only 3 years old which we loved. We stayed for 2 nights. We also hired a driver/tuk tuk for 10 hours cost 30 bucks

If we could leave a 6, we would. These people went way out of there way for us. Very very helpful.

Wonderful location near key sights (Palace, Synagogue, Jewish Cemetery on the same block). Pristine conditions inside and outside. Nicest staff in 3 weeks in India - could help with everything and anything when a statewide strike occurred that locked us in the neighbourhood. This is the true old town still lively after centuries and far less touristy than the Fort Kochi area that is full of home stays and western bars.
