Noisy

Our stay at Hotel Rita Major was great! The staff are so kind and helpful, from bringing our bags up the stairs (there’s no elevator) to calling a taxi for us to take us to the train station, they were there for us every step of the way. Breakfast was also phenomenal, with a nice array of fruit, cereal, and pastries. We loved their coffee and hot chocolate!

The hotel staff was amazing. Very helpful. The hotel was convenient and clean. The road noise was a little bit noisy, but we got used to it.

A very quiet and safe zone, the staff is really nice and the room is bigger than I expected.

Decent property convenient walkable to most locations. Boise from street as well as other guests was a little more than other places that I’ve stayed previously. Pillows were less than desirable for me but that may be my own preference.

It’s a very nice hotel, easy walking to historic parts of Florence. Plus, I had a very good breakfast.

It was inconvenient that they didn’t allow to storage you luggage for a few hours. We took it and had to bring to a railway station to store there for a few hours.

No AC. No Iron for clothes. No Laundry facilities.

Family owners property. Everyone was nice, from the ladies from the reception area to the Father and 2 son owners. Breakfast spread was nice. Cappuccino, Cafe Americano and Espresso are great. You will wake up with the smell of freshly baked Cornetto 😄 The room was huge. Comfortable beds, bathroom with toiletries and blow dryer. Please consider the flight of stairs when traveling with huge check in luggage anlthough we were assisted by a lady. Towels and bum towels are changed daily. The area has a good number of Osteria, caffe’s and gelsteria nearby. One of the son’s owner Allan I think even accommodated us for early breakfast since our train to Venezia was a little early. We stayed for 4 nights and it was really lovely. They even requested a cab for us since our esim can only do data calling.

We spoke to 4-5 different staff during our stay for leaving bags, ideas and places to eat etc and all were very very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was brilliant and we were well looked after. Many thanks for making our few days enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rita Major. The rooms are basic, but the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great, and we were close to both the train station and a bus stop that took us to the historic centre in 5 minutes.

Our stay in Rita Major was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location is good, 20mins walk to everything we wanted to see.

Receptionist (Laura & guys) were very nicely helpful. Laura gave us a map with interesting marks to visit and eat around the city. We Loved your place
