The lady at check in was not friendly at all! Hotel is clean room was clean. Went to breakfast at 9 and there was very little food

Really clean hotel. Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were constantly cleaning up. The hotel is conveniently situated near to the shopping malls. The roam was great and the shower powerfu.

My husband required emergency surgery & we needed to find overnight lodging . When I called to make a reservation I received not only a room but also compassion . Our room was made available upon our early arrival . All staff were friendly & kind . Room was quiet, clean & beds comfy .

Everyone was great, friendly and accommodating. Just an additional comment: my husband had a bad accident in Nebraska and had surgery for a compound fracture. The hotel close to hospital had a wheelchair accessible for me to get him in and out of hotel. It would have been nice if every hotel had one for that purpose.
