The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting town. We had the most amazing time. very, very nice hotel.

We were disappointed with this property. The fridge did not work and the bathroom was a strange configuration, no door to the water closet! We were expecting something more.

Great staff and great breakfast if I stay in Buenos Aires I would return to this hotel for sure very comfy

The rooftop bar does not open until early evening and the pool area is disappointing

Very nice hotel in great location. The hotel had the best staff, including the front desk, doorman, cleaning personnel and cooks. The rooftop bar is really amazing and should not be missed.

Overall great hotel, 8/10 staff was friendly very inviting very helpful. My room was clean spacious, had a top floor suit with beautiful view of the city.

Great location, and lovely breakfast. The rooms are spacious but ready for refurbishing. The bed was comfortable. Hard floors create some noise. Unfortunately when I arrived reception insisted that I needed to pay for my stay only even though I had already paid, had a receipt from Hotels.com and proof of purchase on my credit card statement. After much time it turned out they had mixed me up with someone else!

Stay was very pleasant, hotel location was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good, varied and plenty. My only complaint is that my room was near some machinery which made a lot of noise especially in the early morning hours. The constant humming of it was annoying.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room is in good condition and the bathroom is clean and new. The breakfast is great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the issues at the check in. The process itself was smooth but my card key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk asking for a fix on the card key or the door lock. First a young guy, a bell boy, asked me to go back upstairs with him and he showed me how to use the card key as if I didn’t know how. Of course the card key still didn’t work. He then apologized and asked me going down stairs with him. He then brought a master key and opened the room door for me so I could put my luggage in. I said I still need a working card key and he seemed no idea! I went to the front desk again and waited for the receptionist! The bell boy was genuinely sorry and apologetic but he didn’t know what to do. The front desk staff seemed knowing what was going on but he took his time and didn’t offer much explanation or polite words! They finally fixed the card or the door lock, after half an hour of the check in!
