The receptionist service was very unfriendly, the room was dirty, the kitchen was not maintained, all the cooking utensils looked like they hadn't been cleaned, the glasses were greasy, the microwave was yellow, the electric kettle smelled, there were cockroaches around the kitchen, the AC wasn't cold enough, the toilet smelled and had no lock, there were no clothes hangers in the bathroom, the rooftop area didn't match the pictures provided, the elevator was slow. Asking questions to the receptionist was very unhelpful, as were the security staff.

Room 808 The bathroom smelled so bad that we couldn't sleep in it. I tried to ask for a room change, but the receptionist told me it was fully booked, so I had to book a room at the next door (a star-rated hotel). It was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in Kuala Lumpur.

Overall satisfactory and if there is a chance to go to Kuala Lumpur again then I will stay here again

There are a lot of cockroaches here, I found 10 cockroaches in this room.

the room is dirty, there is a lot of dust under the mattress, then the mattress is very thin so you can feel the iron springs on the mattress, this is very uncomfortable and very dangerous... at any time it could hit your stomach... check in & check out is complicated and takes a long time

here my honest review : the kitchen are very dirty cause cockroach ( lipas ) 🪳 are everywhere so I need to buy the anti cockroach on 7 eleven on the 03.00 AM , I mean okeylah if there is cockroach in kitchen but come on at least prepared the anti cockroach for the residents that want to stay but overall it's a good place if you want to explore some street food and also the view from the pool is absolutely amazing 👏 maybe I will come back to this place again and I hope the team will up vote for the cleanest more.

Don't expect good service staff for this place, I stayed here for 5 days with a non-functioning TV, I have reported it but there was no serious action for this problem, the washing machine also had an error until some of my clothes had to be left in the washing machine that could not be opened, I have reported it many times but there was no serious response for this matter.

The view is directly from the tower... The room is clean and spacious.

Good price, good view, good place, will be back here and very recommended.

Check out time is not accompinied by CS if it's out of work hour time. So, for refund deposit fund will be transfered while 7 days working. But unfortunetly, more than 7 days I don't receive it yet.

I stayed for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were not very pleasant. There were some small insect & cockroaches around the table and bathroom and even on top of bed/pillow. It takes 2 days for the hotel staff to take actions, I think they can do better.

The room air conditioner is not cold, hot. Far from places to eat. And the service is not good. The receptionist is not available 24 hours. Asked to pay a deposit when checking out, the deposit money is still being held. Until today there is no clarity. Please be responsible and return the deposit money. Thank you

A very suitable place to stay for tourists, the distance to everywhere is close. The atmosphere of the hotel and the room is very good, recommended. Next will definitely stay here again.

for the room and facilities in my opinion are good, the check in and check out process is also fast and smooth. I will probably come back to stay here.
