The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Convenient location close to shops, restaurants and walkable to Centro. I enjoyed the included breakfast as well! Great for the price!

Overall, excellent place to stay. Close to the center of Oaxaca. It was so convenient. Definitely recommend the breakfast is awesome too.

Everything was very good staff, location, price and facilities. The only thing is no elevators and some times there was a bad smell in the bathroom but had an esy fix over all very nice hotel highly recommended 👌

Hotel Real Alma was a great find for me. It was my first solo trip and I wanted to stay at a hotel that was close to the main center and everything, and hotel Alma was just that. It was about 20 mins to airport and it’s walking distance away to the square and every other place in centro. One of the other reasons I booked hotel Alma was the included breakfast, and let me tell you, the breakfast buffet every morning was so delicious with veg/non veg options. The dining staff were so nice and humble people and I just loved it. Hotel Alma itself is a beautiful small hotel, the rooftop is definitely the highlight of the hotel and that is where breakfast buffet is set up each morning as well. I highly recommend hotel Alma for anybody looking to book in centro area Oaxaca and I will def come back 💯

The location was in walking distance from everything. At night there are many options for yummy food with the street vendors. The breakfast in the morning has delicious options and the view from the terrace at any time of the day is beautiful. Would recommend and will return.

Nice place. Close to downtown. Only beef i have , you wait for hot water.5 minutes. Still no problem.

This place is excellent to visit Oaxaca, no complaints.

Loved it

We enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast on the top floor. Because it is conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and stores, it does get pretty busy in the morning and can get noisy. Just be ready to start your day early and you'll be just fine.

The hotel is wonderful, clean comfortable and a pleasure to return to each day ... we have stayed here before . Central to all important places to visit This time .... ( group made up of 4 couples) ...we were very impressed with the buffet breakfast and the very competent breakfast staff who couldn't do enough for you . The day time female receptionist was also attentive and helpful. Cleaning staff of hotel/ rooms couldn't be faulted . Service was sadly let down we all felt by the surly male night receptionist/ porter who never smiled and resented it seems any interaction with guests . Such a shame . We will still return to the hotel next year for our visit to Oaxaca ... hopefully the night porter will have learnt better people skills by then!!
