Over the top service and attitude from the staff!

A fine hotel --staff, amenities, room, cleaniness.

The hotel was wonderful; the area around the hotel, not so much. There were boarded up businesses. Only 2 restaurants were opened, but we were afraid to walk to them. I would recommend the hotel, but not the town.

Second time staying at this hotel. A great option and cheaper than most around.

It was very clean and everyone very helpful and nice.

Ms. Loretta at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. She was very polite and courteous. She informed me of everything that I needed to know about the facility and around the facility. I will definitely be back

Love the cleaness, great atmosphere and location.

Overall condition of facility was good. Mrs Loretta was outstanding, friendly and courteous towards guess even though the rooms were not available on check in she still made us feel welcomed.

I stay here every time I visit Sumter.

The staff was superb, the room was very nice, except the air wasn’t too cold, but all in all it was a pleasant experience. Loved visiting the the Swan Lake Iris Gardens which was just minutes away from our room.

Very noisy outside HVAC system either from the Hotel itself or neighbouoring building.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the dining options at and around the hotel.

Great place right downtown. Lovely stay, only issue was breakfast which was not replenished at all.

Super friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff. Room was very clean and modern. Unfortunately our mini fridge didn't work, but we only stayed one night so not a big deal. We let the front desk know and they were great about the situation. Breakfast is nothing to brag about, but it's nice a spread since it's included with the room rate. Parking is easy and the area is very walkable. Will be staying again in the future.
