We’ve stayed at this location before and had a great experience, which is why we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t quite live up to the standard that initially brought us here.The Good:
The hotel has a lot going for it. It’s in a great location—walking distance to the casino (with a free shuttle option) and close to plenty of food spots like In-N-Out and Starbucks. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the complimentary breakfast is solid. We appreciated the social hour, which includes a drink voucher for a cocktail and a small appetizer. The pool area is clean and inviting, with a heated pool that’s perfect for relaxing. And I have to mention—this place still has one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on.
The Disappointment:
Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable issue. Our bathroom had ants. When we informed the concierge, she didn’t seem surprised, which was concerning. Since we were heading out for a few hours, we asked if it could be taken care of while we were gone. When we returned about six hours later, the ants were mostly gone—but the dead ones were left behind. We chose not to escalate the issue in the moment and just focused on enjoying our stay, but what really bothered us was the lack of follow-up. We stayed for three nights and were never contacted about the matter.
