La configuration de la chambre est parfait , le petit coin cuisine est parfait. Mais le matelas est horrible , c’est ce qui gâche tout . Changer vos matelas et vos hôtels vont être parfait.

Awesome front office team! Linda is terrific and was the one that made a positive impression that resulted in me booking at this property. Santi and Danielle were also very pleasant and kind. They all rocked. Thank you all very much for making my stay so warm.

We are using this hotel as a single night stay between an International flight and a flight the next day. The hotel is nice and the room is a suite with a kitchenette and a sofa seating area. It is an expensive taxi/Uber from the airport or train station ($40 tip) and there are no restaurants anywhere close. The location is a business area along the Trans Canada hwy with no restaurants or walkable retail areas. We had to order food delivery.

The bed left me with back pain. They had an entire family drinking alcohol in the pool room. The room didnt get cold enough

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. This is rated top 10 for sure. Nice touches having the “white noise” box stowing out the traffic. It worked perfect.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast that was tasteless. Items that should have been cold was hot and those that should have been hot was cold. The when we were about to leave, we realized that both elevators were out of service. We had to manually carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Very disappointed.

Thanks to the wonderful staff, especially at reception who have been consistently cheerful, helpful and accommodating - shout out to Linda who is exceptional! I have had to spend many weeks at the hotel on a number of occasions and I'm so impressed with the level of care and attention to details. And an additional bonus - they have free indoor parking!
