My review of the Best Western Louisville was written in error. That review was intended to be be for this stay at the fairfield Inn. My trailer tire blew during my stay at this Fairfield inn. I could not pull my trailer back to the Fairfield for my final reserved night and as a result wound up staying at the best western inn. Close to 48 hours after I departed the Fairfield Inn. I received a call from the manager of the hotel informing me He had charged my card $750.00 for a TV he reports as being "Burned". I did not turn on the either of the 2 televisions in the room I had reserved when I was there. I do not smoke and am a mail with short hair. I had no clue what he was talking about. I received no photo evidence and was treated like a complete low life. This person could not consider the possibility of this Television being damaged before or after my time in the room and I never received an invoice for the damage or was given the opportunity to present him with documentation that was not on his property when the alleged damage occurred.

Enjoyed their free breakfast each morning. Great lounge.

Near multiple dining options. Used laundry facilities and found them to be clean.

Great stay! The property is modern and clean. The staff is very friendly! Kayla at the bar was the best and we had a great time during our stay.

Our stay was great, but there were hundreds of loud cars in a parade through front of hotel well past midnight

Just a one night stay after a party. We didn’t want to drive the 50 miles home that night. It was great!

This is our 3rd or 4th time at this location. It’s very easy to get to; there’s a huge Walmart at the end of the plaza; the staff are excellent and very customer service oriented; complimentary breakfast has improved significantly with many more healthy options; across from a large mall and many nice restaurants- sourdough pizza, eat!, Jason’s deli; pf change etc Very quiet and comfortable. We usually get a king suite which has an extra area with couch, desk and chair. Lots of drawers to unpack into. Excellent choice!

Staff was friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast was great, holiday decor was beautiful! We will absolutely stay here again. We traveled for soccer, great location if you’re playing at Broomfield Commons Sports Park.

Breakfast was the best. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were uncomfortable and we expected daily room service. We finally asked for room service,towels,trash emptied,etc. we were there for a early thanksgiving with my nephews. There were damaged lights on the bed. Really dangerous if an elderly person tripped. You could really get hurt.

I recommend this hotel.

Very expensive for bare bones room and housekeeping every other day.

Everything great ! Breakfast super! Only downside is noise because of thin walls
