This apartment is gorgeous and in perfect condition. Nice and new. Parking sucks but you can easily walk anywhere downtown Old town.

A little hard to find but appartment is great out of the chaos of downtown split

The place was good for a one night stay that we had to book last minute. If you’re driving, the streets are very inaccessible and we were unable to get a parking spot despite the ad saying parking was included. It is a self check-in with an access code but it didn’t work when we arrived. We were trying not use data on our phones but had to in order to contact the host (they needed to reset the code but answered quickly). About a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk for restaurants.

Great stay. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. Parking is a nightmare in the area, but ubers are cheap and quickly available. So I wouldnt bother with a car

The room is amazing. Clean, bright, modern. Easy walk to harbor, bus station, old town, shops and restaurants.

Everything was excellent apart from the fact that it is hard to find and is not sign posted. Now I know where it is I would stay again.

Fabulous stay, great location close to old city, beach, bus, train & ferry terminal. A pleasant easy walk to everything. Would definitely recommend & would stay again ourselves. One thing I think could be improved on is the managing host who was so lovely could give a little more info on what to do, where to go, eating places etc. I know the internet is there for all of us but I also know when I travel I like to have recommendations from the locals. The night of our arrival there was a feast in the city celebrating a special annual day & we were not told about it & sadly missed a fun traditional evening with the locals.

Responsive host who was easy to reach on WhatsApp. We were able to drop off bags at 11am but the housekeeper was still cleaning the room at the time. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and the color changing LED lights were a fun bonus. You can turn it into a tiny dance party if you want! I absolutely loved the neighborhood, though. There is a cute little cafe called Konoba that is nearby that has good food at affordable prices and a good neighborhood vibe. I love that it is in a historical area so you can enjoy the architecture as you make your way around. If you have a lot of luggage beware, there are a lot of stairs to make it there.

Villa Kate is a great place to stay! It is clean, adorable and in am excellent location. Our plane was delayed for over a day making our arrival at 1:00 am. The host was very accommodating and made arrangements for us to still check in so late. We could not have chosen a better place to stay and we highly recommend Villa Kate!

Very cool lightings in the room and super comfortable bed and pillow. Very nice of the accommodation to provide chocolates and tea. However the kettle had residues from previous heating, so we didn't use it.

Close to everything, including the old town and the beach. Clean and comfortable, and recently renovated. Recommended.

Amazing place, short walk to the old town. Staff very friendly and willing to help out.

The owners went out of their way to make sure we found the place. They showed us how to work the lights and AC and gave us a map, marking where we were and where we might want to go. We loved the lights and the shower was super spacious. Restaurants and beach within walking distance.
