Good location from our 2 day track meet, clean, breakfast good selections.Only issue was parking spaces taken due to outside construction and night desk not attentive when in the market.

Everything was great!

Seemed clean. Showers glass doors leaked on the floor. But most do. Bed was pretty good. Shower head could have been better. Either get a water softener or clean the shower heads.

I had a stay here for 2 nights for my daughter tournament May 2-4 that we traveled 4 hours away. The first night we checked in we has no air. I called multiple times complaining for them to tell me to only make sure the unit on the wall matches with the unit on the floor. I did that several times. This did not fix the issue. Me and my kids was hot and sweated the whole night our first stay. I also purchased the suite unit. The following day I went to the front desk after a night of no sleep for me and my kids to complain again. After a hour of going back and forth I was finally switch to a different room which inconvenienced me being we had a game to get to and was late. We moved to a different room which was smaller than the suite I paid for. The lady at the front desk Teresa is her name I believe stated she would be sending me a refund which has not happened and weeks has passed by and no one had contacted me. This need to handled immedicably. This has not been my first stay but this is the first bad experience I have had. I would appreciate if someone reach out to me.

Everyone was very attentive, room was clean and well kept. Definitely will be staying here again.

The front was very helpful when we first arrived. My room was very nice I was able to relax and chill before my events and I enjoyed the breakfast that's included with your stay overall I we give a 5 in all categories

I liked the comfort and ease of use regarding the king room. Breakfast was varied and good.
