The breakfast was delicious. There were many selections. The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the pool. All staff were very friendly. The gym was perfect for a vacation workout.

After a long roadtrip and my companion traveler ending up In the hospital in Springfield I needed a nice hotel close to the hospital to recover from an exhausting trip. Spacious, quiet room. I enjoyed my stay.

The manager who greeted us and checked us in was super friendly! She went over all of the amenities, such as breakfast, pool, workout room, etc. The lobby was very clean. Our room was much larger than expected and we had a beautiful view from our window. Coffee and breakfast was. Dry good! I had oatmeal but I tried a bite of my daughter’s cinnamon roll and it was amazing!!! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Staff is friendly, beds are so comfortable. Hotel is extremely clean. I stay here 2x a year , sometimes 3 because it’s my halfway point . All hotels need to be this clean and friendly and have beds this comfortable

The hotel is located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible.

Check in went smoothly, the room looked clean. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn't shut properly nor did it lock, the lights didnt turn off or on properly. Overall the rool was about neutral. Definitely not the nicest of the hotels i stayed in over my vacation. Will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

When we checked in the desk clerk had put us on the 1st floor, when she heard my two year old overly excited about using the elevator she changed our room to the 3rd floor. I thought that was very nice and something she truly did not have to do. I wish i could remember her name because it made my daughters night! The hotel was extremely clean and all of the staff was extremely nice!

They upgraded their service specifically the dining options, winch is after March 2025. And it is good

Shower door didn’t slide properly, outlet did not work next to bed. Room smelled like pets. Decent breakfast. Breakfast attentant Polite professional & efficient 😃. Liked complimentary water & popcorn in lobby.

The smoking area was right in front of the door, but overall was a convenient, easy, stay.

I was totally happy with this motel . Comfortable beds , nice linens, good breakfast , exercise room well equipped, staff very friendly and helpful . I enjoyed my 5 nights there . Will go back there when I visit my sister again .

It was nice. The beds were comfy and other than the carpet needing cleaned in the room everything else was good. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The staff and service was great and the daily breakfast was amazing! The location has easy access to shopping, dining, and grocery stores.
