I’ve stayed here three or four times previously and my experiences were great. However, the room on this occasion was not the greatest. From the initial smell, the carpet needed to be cleaned and everyday, presented new insects from the various cracks in the room. I think this will be my last time staying there whenever I visit Pine Bluff.

Stay was nice, but the television in our room wasn't functional and since they were booked solid there weren't any rooms to be transferred to.

This hotel was kept very clean and orderly.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, staff very friendly. Bathroom had crack in floor tile and the drains in both tub and sink should be replaced. Other than that is was really nice. Beds were comfortable which seems to be hard to find for me.

Front desk staff was super friendly both on the evening shift upon arrival and on the morning shift upon departure. Room was nice and clean.

Great stay! Comfortable, Clean, Friendly, Nice Beds.

The beds were so comfortable!!! The room was spacious my kids loved the bunk beds! However I don’t like that the front desk watches your every move! My kids went down for breakfast (kids that are of age and independent) and were being watched and questioned. They then went to the pool and were told they couldn’t swim without a parent. Not by a lifeguard but by the front desk watching them either through glass or on camera which again both are big of age and can swim very well! But we originally just checked in to rest after driving back home from Disney so it definitely served its purpose for that!

The front desk clerk Kadija had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen in my life and she shouldn’t be working there if that’s how she’s going to be talking to and treating the guests. I got back a little late to the hotel around 10pm and wanted to sit in the lobby and eat my dinner. She told me and my family the lobby close at 9 pm and no one’s allowed to sit at the tables after 9pm. I’ve stayed at hotels all around the country and have never been told that I can’t sit down stairs and eat my food. I couldn’t even enjoy my 2 nights stay because I was so upset about the way that lady treated me and management needs to re-train her on how to treat and greet guests as they come in the hotel. All the other staff were nice.
