It was amazing! We were given complimentary waters when we checked in and I really liked that they had a list of restaurants you could take.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Was super clean and friendly staff. Easy to get to food and concert at the stadium

Room was on the small side (king size bed) with a refrigerator but no microwave. Nice continental breakfast that was ready early.

Staff was very friendly. Very quick, check-in and check out. Wasn't very many options for hot breakfast.

every detail of this property exudes economy and budget. A tiny room lacking in any warmth or character. A bed, TV and bathroom is what you get. Granted, that is sometimes all that is needed, but the economic furnishings were not reflected by the price. It was clean, but very basic. If I had paid full price for this room, I would have been a little disappointed.

Beautiful and clean!

It was excellent. The room was comfortable. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the woman has a very bare minimum. So no microwave. There is a mini fridge cuz there's really no point in a mini fridge without a microwave. There's no cups, no coffee makers, no ice bucket. Not what you would expect from a Hilton. But definitely still a pleasant stay. One more thing I would say is that the shower had some discoloration in the corner. It wasn't black but they really should look at that before it becomes a mold issue

I loved staying at Tru by Hilton Madison West. I could not have asked for a better experience. My room was clean and quiet. It was a refuge from time on the road. I was traveling with my dog and he was warmly welcomed. I hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great experience and shout out to Michelle at the front desk for being awesome!

Room was basic but clean and new seeming. Quite nice for a one night stay on the road.

Attractive looking as soon as i drove in and went inside.
