Bugs but maybe it’s the season. Wish I was informed before I paid.

It was nice clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast could have more options such as waffles pancakes and oatmeal

Staff were friendly, accommodations were clean

The facility is good and so is the staff. The location is not really ideal.

The only thing i would like to see is some shade trees outside the breakfast area. Other than that alls good.

Good accommodation in the heart of Canada’s wine land. A larger swimming pool would have made a big difference. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Cooking facilities in room although basic cannot be fully utilised as no extractor fan meaning cooking can easily set off a fire alert Overall we enjoyed our 4 nights at the Coast.

Location was great for our needs,The breakfast was convenient. Cleanliness was a problem on arrival there were signs posted about seasonal bugs .There were plenty in our room.Got locked in the bathroom as the the latch was broken.Went to get the extra blanket and a partial bottle of vodka fell out.Found a twisted piece of hard plastic under the fitted sheet.The room was not cleaned for our entire 3 day stay!

Our room was noisy. I’ve used this hotel for a few years but this year I’ve noticed the mechanical noise was very much more pronounced than before. The hotel is still very clean and convenient and service was very good as usual.

Location and breakfast

Great

Beds were fine but the bathroom was terrible. Broken tiles, clogged bathtub and very weak water pressure. Very overpriced for what it is. Probably not going back

Easy to find, walkable to restuarants and a nice trail along an old railroad line right beside it.

Ticked all the basics

Clean rooms and comfortable bed, good location just off main road so was quiet.

Close to everything I needed during my stay.

Oliver is a beautiful area and the hotel is situated nicely. Everything else was okay. The lobby smelled funky, the bathroom sink was a design style that was obviously tough to clean properly, and the room we had was noisy at night (next to elevator and constant rumble of ventilation). Other than that we had no complaints but there was nothing that stood out as being a nice touch. Everything seemed like a bare minimum and reminded me of why we’ve used AirBnB over hotels the last few years. Very blah and still a fair amount of money to stay.
