It was weird. It was in middle of no where. Lots of cars. But no one a bout. Probably just a car park for travellers to airport Clean and tidy and just needed for early morning trip

Sufficed as a ‘sleep only’ accommodation

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming place is very quite and lovely to stay

The cleanliness of the room was great. Lovely clean beds and towels. Toiletries and coffee/tea were provided. Heating was on full pelt which we could not turn down as the thermo on the rad was broken and their was no air con. We opened as many windows as we could but not greach when we have webs outside the windiws and I am arachnophobic. No one on reception in the morning to report that we had no hot water and had to leave for a competition so had ti shower at the sports arena. Also no one to speak to about having breakfastbthough this was not ready anyway as we had to leave at 7.30. Ver diappointing really!!

I’m be stayed here before. It is a little out out the way but nice and quiet despite being so close to the airport. Would stay here again.

The beds had hair on the sheets bathroom had a cracked sink

We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is set in lovely countryside. It has all the comforts of home and is great value for money. I would reccomend a comfortable stay here, especially for airport access.

4 day stay , Rooms not serviced , no Bar , room in poor condition. Mattress stained , shower broken . Staff were friendly

Arrived at 11pm from Gatwick airport. On arrival I was given a room, got in and it looked like someone had just left - not cleaned. I then went back to reception, but it was closed, I called the phone and no answer and I had to hunt down someone who worked there. They then said that they will 'upgrade' me and gave me another room . Again this wasn't cleaned, the cup still has coffee in, vapes were on the side of the bed and blood on the duvet, the toilet hadn't even been flushed. So had to repeat again to find someone. Finally got a room that was ready at midnight.

Nice and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at Trivelles Gatwick. The English breakfasts were very good and staff are friendly. There is no daily room cleaning provided, which was unexpected. We left our garbage in the hall for pickup but no one came by for 24 hours so we brought it back into our room. The front desk is manned intermittently, but not an issue for a longer stay. I would stay there again as it's overall good value.

Bed was comfortable however the hotel is extremely noisy. If any guests move upstairs or in the hallways then you’ll likely be woken up. The beds were clean but the room was quite dirty and smelly. It is however very close to Gatwick airport so if all you need is a base before flying then location couldn’t be better.

Front desk guy was amazing

I liked the spacious parking, the two rooms that I booked. I did not like the fact that the reception is situated at the back of the building and I had to go hunting for the reception.

Food was ok, but we not fully what we had booked online in terms of food. The continental breakfast was was bad as we no options apart from bread and yoghurt. We had to order our hot breakfast the night before but in the morning, the chef was not clear on what we wanted. The room was clean but dusty. Online we thought we had a king bed but were given a small double so it was cramped. I don't think i would go back to this hotel. Reception was not 24 hours. Staff were kind but on their phones or having their own chats. This is more like a 2.5 star hotel.
