Great buffet

It’s a very nice place, the common areas are pleasantly decorated, the breakfast is very good. And it’s located in a shopping mall so it’s convenient.

Very friendly staff - i usually stay in the larger US chains like Hilton, Marriott, etc but not in Mexico City - great property overall

The decor is nice, access to mall is very convenient, and the brunch buffet was excellent. We didn't like the overhead shower, or the tricky light switches. Also, we placed the Do-Not-Disturb placard on our door but the housekeeper knocked, then entered our room.

Fiesta Americana has the best location, right next to a mall and pretty accesible. We loved the beds and amenities. Everyone that works there went above and beyond to resolved a conflict we had with the AC in our room, they went right away to fix it. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is next to the highway. It is very very noisy in the night. The traffic is still heavy in the night. Restaurant doesn’t have English menu and the staff in the restaurant don’t speak English. The room is clean and housekeeper is very nice and friendly.

Great hotel. Only thing was we did t get our vip food credit daily.
