Our stay in this hotel was great. Staff was great and helpful-Andrea from front desk. Good location- walking distance to city center. Inconsistent breakfast was only minus but overall very satisfied with our stay in this hotel

location was very central, safe, convenient. But the front desk wasn't friendly or showing professional manner while they didn't provide the room at 2pm, we had to wait till 3:30 to get in. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

Really well located and within walking distance to the downtown area. Room was clean and had key amenities. Slightly smaller than it looks in photos, as was the bathroom. But for the price, it was good.

Exe Liberdade exceeded my expectations in terms of the room (size, cleanliness), as well as the friendly service I received from their staff. The breakfast buffet was also great. I love boutique hotels that deliver quality and good service. Value for money at its best. I will definitely recommend and I will be back! Thank you, Exe Liberdade, please keep up the good work.

Clean facilities. Staff are nice and welcoming. Public transportation stations in walking distance.

Across the street there is an incredibly wonderful cafe and just around back an amazing Portuguese restaurant! The service and food at both were some of the best of our trip. The rooms were nice and beds are fantastic:). Amazing location for walking or transit. The tour buses are close, beautiful park close by. Great place overall

They were amazing and gave us early check in which was fabulous after our overseas flight!

Hotel location and cleanliness fantastic. Bit of confusion using Expedia and sorting out rooms on arrival but sorted out on our own. Fabulous cafe across road and restaurant behind. Obrigata;)

This seems like a great hotel but has terrible or inexistent amenities for that tariff! No goodies in the room!

There was only one functioning coffee machine at rush hour at breakfast. The queue was terrible.

Nice property near Pombal Circle and Ave. de Liberdades. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would recommend.

Great location, great staff, affordable, and clean.

It was very noisy with cars and people yelling in street until late night. Room is clean but hall way is not. I saw same small piece of paper from first day to until left.

The hotel and staff were great. Nice lift to lobby for wheelchair. Bed comfortable and shower nice. Near Hop On Hop Off bus line. Great bakery, cafe across the street.

Clean, friendly, good breakfast - fairly basic but worked well as somewhere to crash after a day of sightseeing. No bar/restaurant.

We were not happy about bathroom. They don't have shower room door, floor get all wet. Hand sink is too shallow, easy to get floor wet. One staff helped us city information nicely but most of the information was not right.
