The stay was excellent. Everything was close to to shop and eat. Also close to the Navy base.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The bed was super comfortable - always had a peaceful night’s sleep. Delicious coffee & tea flowing all day & night, as well as a vast variety of breakfast choices each day. Despite being busy at times, it was always quiet inside the room. Great vibes here overall.

Great greetings first floor great elevator, second floor greeted by torn up carpet and basically trashy

It was 5 minutes from Great Lakes Naval Station.

The staff here were great and it was convenient to Great Lakes RTC with lots of nearby food options.

I wanted to buy a drink from the front desk , but they refused to take cash.

The surrounding area was somewhat bleak.

Very limited space for trash for our 3 day stay. We always book with Hilton or Hampton due to comfort of our stay. This bed at this Hampton was very cramped and uncomfortable.. staff was excellent no issues there

The rooms and common area are very clean and the size of the room is very generous and spacious. We really like this hotel and recommend for anyone travel to North Chicago as it near to the Mall, the groceries and exceptional customer service.

The employees were nice, breakfast was good, our room was spacious. However: the room wasn’t clean. Walked in to find an opened condom on the floor, hair all over the bathroom & a pill on the floor by the bed & gunk crusted in the garbage can. Definitely need a better, more thorough cleaning crew. Also would like to point out that our room was at the back of the hotel and whenever a train can by the room shook.

I’ve stayed here one other time and both times it was an excellent choice!! Friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast! Ver accommodating to families there for Navy Graduation!
