Hotel is located very close to the centre, shopping and restaurants. Loved the decor, breakfast, coffee was good and amazing staff. Also, we wanted to take the tram to Port, so hotel is like 7 minutes walking distance from the tram stop. The only issue was that our room didn’t have any doors to the bathroom/shower which is not giving any privacy when 2 people are staying together. Also, please be prepared to be looking for street parking or parking lots, we have to download app and be adding money, since it is allowing to pay only for 2 or 3 hours, it was a bit challenging to find parking since streets are very narrow, we visited in May, so could only imagine how it is during the busy season.

A lovely stay, the hotel was ideally situated in Soller, the hotel was nice and quirky, without trying too hard. Staff were helpful and attentive. Will stay again

The hotel is one of life’s little gems . it’s beautiful and was wonderful to stay the rooms are all different and it is very comfortable, cannot fault anything the staff were very polite and nothing was to much trouble.directions and very helpful with bus and taxi services. I will definitely be visiting again 100 % breakfast was delicious and so fresh cannot fault in any way jannine

I am not able to put the video, the sheets had holes, the paint was peeling everywhere especially in the bathroom in addition to the mold, we were shown another room which was in the same condition, we left and the hotel did not want to reimburse us

Very nice quirky hotel in a in a lovely area, frendly staff. A few things could be improved like i was in a basement room which was fine as it was lovely but it had a strange smell as if they had put something to maybe cover a damp musky smell not unusual for Mallorca there is only a curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom,bedside tables would be good and the hallway to the room was on quite a steep incline and the flooring was a lino that was a bit slippy not good for me having just had a knee replacement and am still struggling with walking a flooring with some grip would be far better. Nice selection for breakfast.

Wir haben eine Woche im Hotel verbracht. Unser Zimmer war schön und modern gestaltet und ruhig zu einem Innenhof hin gelegen. Toll war, dass wir einen kleinen Balkon hatten. Unser Badezimmer war mit einer Glasscheibe und einem halbtrabsparenten Vorhang vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt - das ist vielleicht nicht für jedermann, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, das Frühstück war immer frisch und reichhaltig. Falls es uns noch einmal nach Sóller verschlägt, dann kommen wir gerne wieder!

The hotel is in a brilliant position and close to everything, the bus is about 10 minutes walk. I guess our only real issue with the hotel is that there’s no proper door for the toilet / bathroom which is a little odd. There’s only a curtain for privacy. Also, the tv didn’t work for the entire stay. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and the the two gentlemen who work there are lovely and we’re very helpful. I highly recommend the Ca’n Limonona pasta restaurant literally 30 seconds walk up the lane.

Hotel was quiet but in a great location near the main square. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Small cramped room , tired condition despite being fairly new. Poor or non existent service. we arrived and could not gain access to hotel. The telephone number on Hotels.com was for a service company that stopped dealing with hotel in April and when I called the mobile number on the front door to gain access to the key lock box the phone rang out 3 times whilst I called then the owner of the phone switched it off. They eventually answered hours later when I called again and mumbles some rubbish about having sent me the code. Breakfast was good apart from serving concentrated orange juice !......really in Spain and NOT real Orange juice, how much did they save for that mistake !!!!

Booked one night at 5pm for the day itself which is later than the norm i appreciate. I received an email confirmation immediately and then received two more emails asking what time i was aiming to arrive. I replied immediately stating 9pm. As we set off for the hotel i realised I hadn’t received a reply. Reading the comments on hotels.com i knew out of norm hours checkin was an issue. I frantically called the phone number in the confirmation email only to learn it was out of date. It was for another hotel which had disassociated itself from the hotel in April 2021. I was now driving through the mountains with little reception not knowing where my wife and child would be sleeping that night which was super stressful and very unnecessary. We arrived at the hotel at 930pm i called the emergency number listed on the front door 5 times and eventually got through to ‘remote reception’. Once I received the welcome instructions things improved but it was all so avoidable. Room 111 was quirky but quite nice. Breakfast was fresh and generous Location is amazing on just off the main square. Great if you are walking stressful if you have a car to park or unload. Be prepared to park at one of the two public car parks not difficult but just be prepared

The hotel cancelled our reservation due to flooding and rebooked us at a partner hotel last minute. The hotel was very nice and the staff was accommodating. The location was excellent, a few minutes from the port.

The room did not match our expectations. It was in the basement, it was very damp and not at all as beautiful as in the images on the booking site.

I liked the location and that they were dog friendly

Really nice hotel with a great location right in the centre of Sóller. We went in January so a lot of the restaurants/bars were closed for the season but still had a nice time. The hotel has a lot of character and is really comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel, new, clean, cool Spanish decor with very friendly hotel staff. Gave us great service during our stay, excellent recommendations, and helped us with some travel admin a week after our stay. Highly recommend!

As a solo female traveler, Lluna Aqua Hotel was a perfect fit for me. The hotel recently opened in an historic building in the center of town. The decor in the entrance is just stunning and my top-floor room was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was great. Catarina at the reception desk has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Other team members with whom I interacted were very pleasant, but need to be brought up to speed about the region. I would strongly recommend that management provides familiarity tours to them before they are put in a position to provide advice on the area. There are also a couple of repairs that need to be made (wallpaper ripped slightly in bathroom) and banister properly secured.

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Soller. Staff were great, especially the Portuguese girl whose recommendations for restaurants and bars were fantastic. Clean and quiet rooms with a great shower. The only minor issue we found was the lack of storage space in the room and the bathroom. A few more shelves/cabinets would be helpful. Other than that, highly recommended!
