The hotel was clean, staff were polite and the rooms were offered everything you needed. The hotel also offered a lot of free food and drink throughout the day.

Enjoyed whole time during the stay. Staffs were kind. There are free tea, coffee, and wine services everyday, which made me hard to leave hotel. Also, overall facilities were all clean and nice. Room was larger than usual Japanese Hotel. It would have been better if breakfast have included more meat and westernized food such as pasta. However, it was very pleasant experience in generall.

Lovely area, very friendly helpful staff! Hotel was in the perfect location easily walkable to so many areas didn’t need to use public transport at all - even getting to train station. Would recommend!

The hotel was very well located to streetcars. The breakfasts were really good. The room was perfect! I would certainly stay in an Integate hotel again!

Excellent location, easily walkable to shopping, and relatively close to the train station and peace memorial. Both are walkable but can be a bit of a trek with luggage.

Totally recommend this hotel. Close to everything. Great facilities and has free food and drinks available at different times of the day. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our 10 days in Japan and very reasonably priced

Second time staying, convenient to the train station, check-in is on the top floor. great view and complimentary wine and snacks in the evening.

Dark pokey room no natural light, loud bathroom fan on constantly, 2 requests to have it isolated came to smiles and bows but no action, very average ok if you just want a bed

The hotel room was what I expected, plenty of room. The public bath was excellent. Good location. Breakfast was a disappointment. It was very busy and kind of stressful. We also did not receive our VIP bonus as promised.
