Hotel staff is friendly, minus the small shower water

only had trouble with the air on the first day, didn't go up to the 5th floor

not recommend and will not go again. its not up to standard. maintenance and upscale needs to be done. I work in hotels and this needs improvement

There's a water problem at the hotel, and the water heater is out of stock. Hopefully, the service can be improved in the future.

The room is very spacious, strategic location, close to the toll road, close to Uluwatu, close to the airport.

Not very good, far from expectations, both in terms of cleanliness and other things. It is far from Amarosa Bandung or Bogor.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the room was okay, spacious, clean, okay, but unfortunately the water was really problematic, so we had to call the receptionist several times to ask about the water which was often turned off. And I think that's what the hotel should pay attention to. There were no other problems, the breakfast was delicious, there were no problems. The water and some places seemed to need renovation again. Thank you 😇🙏🙏

Torn and dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty room floor, dirty swimming pool, the hotel looks shabby, not well maintained, cleanliness is very lacking.

Large room, nice pool, close to the highway, lots of food outside the hotel and close to the Benoa toll road, quite affordable price, friendly and kind staff, needs a little improvement but overall it's still ok, the AC is cold and the area is very good for healing, it's not crowded.

Amarossa is very strategic to go anywhere because it is close to the Bali Mandara toll road, that is one of my considerations. This old hotel is still worth considering as a place to stay while in Bali. The condition of this hotel is indeed old or how I don't really understand, in my opinion this hotel is not well maintained by the management. Visually it will be seen starting from the elevator that feels not updated or not tidied up, my room which has several spots in the room looks not fixed or the aroma feels a bit less fresh / old. The hot water during my stay there did not work at all, complained on the 2nd day I thought it had been fixed, it turned out I confirmed again on the 3rd day and was informed that they were having problems with the hot water. The bedsheet which was a bit dirty to me (a bit yellow) and the bedcover seemed to have stains, but again in my opinion those who are not fussy and indifferent are quite worthy to be used as a place to rest while in Bali. The rest is all quite acceptable, my friend, hopefully the Amarossa Hotel will be better in the future.

The bathroom initially had some dusty spots and hair, the TV also had a problem with the remote but when I complained to the staff, they were immediately alert and super friendly. The room is comfortable. Overall it's good, maybe the only thing that needs to be improved is the small details in the interior and cleanliness. But I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends because it is comfortable and good.

quite cheap with a price below 500 thousand, get a 4 star hotel, spacious room and almost complete facilities, staff are also friendly, only the cleanliness around the hotel needs to be improved, the bathroom also smells of rust (normal for old hotels), for management please remind the hotel maintenance, because there is already a lot of damage in the sink, rotten wood, and moldy walls, not long ago I stayed and the lights went out for several hours, and there were rats in the hotel room, please pay attention to the cleanliness, for the room it is quite spacious and quite luxurious for a price below 500 thousand, thanks

It's a shame that the hotel is nice but the maintenance is very minimal Smelly pillows The mattresses are already flat The breakfast menu is not varied In the egg corner, oily plates are placed on top of a pile of clean plates

Need renovation, many walls are peeling, mirrors are stained, ceilings are peeling, shower water is not strong enough, water heater is not hot enough, electric kettle leaks when pouring water, pillows smell, mattress is uncomfortable. Breakfast variety is very lacking. Waitress is not responsive.
