The check-in and check-out service was quite fast. Please pay attention to the condition of the equipment in the room. One of the towels was no longer suitable and one of the towels still had dirt stuck to it. The bathroom mat was still damp, making it very uncomfortable to use.

Positive: - Very friendly reception, housekeeping, and security staff. - Very strategic location (in front of Gasibu, near Gedung Sate, near Bandung's viral culinary restaurant). - Saturday nights are full of delicious culinary delights around the hotel. - Sunday mornings are full of CFD vendors around the hotel. - Adequate parking. Negative: - Room cleanliness is very poor, even tending to be dirty (need to be sprayed with sanitizer throughout the room to make it feel more comfortable). - Curtains are stained and very dusty. - Bedside table and bedroom furniture are cracked. - Rusty bathroom door handle. - Dull bedsheets (not pure white, and with dirty spots). - Dull towels (not pure white). - Room table, tray, drinkware, and teapot are very dusty. - Empty reed diffuser bottles (either from the hotel or from previous guests) appear to have not been cleaned by housekeeping. - Only one pack of toiletries and slippers is available (should be two). - Bathroom mats are missing (must be requested).

Affordable room rates with clean rooms, cool AC and a nice buffet breakfast menu.

The AC is not cold enough, the shower is slow to get warm, so instead of waiting a long time, I am forced to take a cold shower.

I chose Vio because of its strategic location, perfect for morning walks on weekends at Gasibu and Pasar Tebing. I purposely skipped breakfast because I wanted to try the culinary delights at Gasibu. The room isn't soundproof, so you can hear people talking when they pass by.

The location is very strategic and the hotel is quite comfortable.

The hotel staff is quite friendly and accommodating, but from Monday to Friday afternoon there is no security guard, so when checking out/in there is no one to help, including guiding you to park the car.

We stayed in the newly renovated Smart Loft Mezza type. The first impression made me want to come back again, but the cleanliness must be maintained and can be improved because unfortunately there is still dust in some areas that the vacuum may not reach.
