Very good, always stay here since 2007

If I go to Penang, I always stay here and it is recommended to families.

Comfortable hotel for family. Close to city center

Very noisy outside. The hotel breakfast was not worth the price, it lacked in variety and taste. Disappointed

Good strategic location, near many good food

The stay was good for what the location has to offer. Close to city centre, pretty walkable to surrounding attractions. Maybe due to the proximity to a lot of food offerings had made the ones offered at the hotel felt slightly less appealing. Our group had breakfast at the hotel both days and the lack of variety kind of loses its appeal the 2nd time. Wished there were more options for vegans and/or cultural food to promote Penang’s speciality. That being said, everything else was completely sufficient for a few days stay.

Hotel security was quick to help and check in was fast.

the room often hears unclear sounds and the mattress is hard

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel location is easy to find and there are many food places. The room is spacious, the bathroom shower is not strong enough, the toiletries are minimal. The bathroom facilities and room cleanliness need to be improved.

Very good. Close to culinary around Penang Road. Friendly staff and clean room.

Nice hotel, view was good, too bad no amenities. Not many food surround. Not really like the environtment.

Sound proof is bad and can hear singing from food court.

strategic location, in the city center, nearby eating places, hotel parking is available, but for me the pillow is a bit thin, everything else is ok.
