ok all. calm down for rest

The staff is friendly, unfortunately you have to go down from the 2nd floor via manual stairs 🥲

The hotel is okay, but it's not soundproof so you can still hear people talking in the next room. I like that the bathroom is clean and the water heater works well.

Bad ever booked hotel in my life, never expecting this terrible experience.

Not very clean, smells of cigarettes in the elevator and in the room, noisy.

Entering the room, the AC is not cold and smells of cigarettes. Asked to move rooms, the AC was on even though it was cold for a while. The hot water during my 5 day stay could only get very warm. The room hallway looked dirty and the elevator smelled musty...

Kamarnya luas dan juga ada view pool yang bagus banget.

Hotel nyaman di daerah kuta, kamar luas & fasilitas cukup oke di range harganya. Catatan kamar saya no 315 air ac netes tapi untungnya dingin jadi bukan masalah besar, trus air kloset ngalir terus jadi pasti bakal boros air bersihnya, alangkah baiknya diperbaiki segera. Dapat free juga diantar ke bandara pas checkout, terima kasih sudah membantu kami.

Kebetulan dapat kamar yang terkena matahari sore, sehingga kamar terasa panas & AC tidak terlalu dingin jadi seperti di SPA, tunggu sampai malam baru adem, air di kamar mandi kecil.

Friendly prices, good service, very helpful, rooms are well maintained and clean.

Great location and easy waling distance to Kuta and sushi and Papaya supermarket and many japanese restaurants. Would stay there again, nice pool and nice staff.

Complicated service suddenly couldn't be extended for a strange reason by the manager.

Nyaman banget, sayangnya remot AC nya error.

Enough for a day, not comfortable for a long stay.

The check-in process took a long time, arrived at 4 but still had to wait 30 minutes because the room had to be cleaned.

(+) Staff nya tanggap dan friendly di izinkan check-in sebelum jam 14.00 kamarnya sudah ready, suasananya nyaman, lokasinya strategis dekat ke supermarket & Krisna, tiap hari kamarnya di bersihkan ganti seprei dan handuk.(-) Kamar mandi lantainya licin, lift nya perlu di bersih kan.
