The staffs were great support… Clean room

Not bad for a transit hotel, having a shuttle bus is very helpful.

There was only one amenity, and the room had cockroaches and mosquitoes. The price is quite expensive for a hotel. ** The room doesn't match the price; cleanliness needs to be improved.

This is the first time I've found a hotel that doesn't want to provide a telephone in the room to make it easier to contact the receptionist, they have to use a cellphone to call WhatsApp, what about the elderly or people who have problems with their cellphones? Using the name of the hotel but not wanting to provide bottled mineral water, only providing glasses and pitchers to get water in the corridor, what about people who have difficulty walking, isn't it inconvenient? There is no complaint number, the employee just said the manager was not in, no one is responsible for hotel complaints. It should have been stated when booking in the application that this hotel is pretending to be environmentally friendly that's why it doesn't provide bottled drinking water, smoking rooms, rooms don't have telephones. It should have been called a guesthouse, not a hotel, because the service is not at the same level as a hotel.

Place are nice, but a lot of mosquitoes, and they don't have tissue in their room, small problem. All in all, great place.

For guests, especially smokers, this hotel is uncomfortable. The TV is also very small, and the picture is unclear. The bathroom amenities are incomplete.

The check-in process was quick, allowing guests to rest quickly. The proximity to the airport exceeded expectations. I expected it to take a while, but as soon as I left the hotel, I was immediately within the airport area.

For transit just to sleep, great.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Airport ✈️🏨 Had a great stay at this accommodation located just minutes from the airport—super convenient, especially for early flights or late arrivals. The airport transfer service was a huge plus! It was smooth, on time, and made the whole experience stress-free.

We were staying at this hotel only for transit before our flight at 1 am. The check in process was smooth (the staff was helpful and the security helped us to bring our luggage). We booked their shuttle to the airport but unfortunately it wasn’t that pleasant, they told us to be at the reception at 10pm but once we were there (they need to contact the driver first, the car wasn’t ready yet and the guy at reception didn’t really pay attention to us, instead he is enjoying talking with a lady/idk she looks like staff as well but nah). Quite pricey for this kind of service that they provide. The good things is just the location. *if you don’t have small change, better don’t stop in front of the hotel bcs there is a parking fee and can only pay by cash (for online transportation).
