The location is easy to access, close to the mall, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, and there's a lounge bar for relaxing while swimming. The food is plentiful and delicious. It's a highly recommended place to stay.

Big thanks to Novotel Tangerang for their excellent service and excellent facilities. 😍 Everything was as requested. ✨ My son was so happy to receive a birthday surprise from Novotel. 🥳 I'll definitely stay here again next time because it's easy to find food, just go to the mall through the hotel entrance. 💖

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the mall and easy to access. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. 👍😊😁

For everything is good. When at the pool the towels ran out and were still in the laundry, there should be a solution to this problem. Then when the receptionist checked in, it said 1 room can get free parking for 1 vehicle, when the next day I asked for a stamp, it said it had changed again. 1 room 1 vehicle, please clarify so as not to confuse customers.
