A pretty good hotel for those who have events at jiexpo

It was really comfortable staying at U Stay Hotel...

The location is quite strategic for me, as I'm active in the West and Central areas. It's quite busy, but still manages to have a peaceful atmosphere. What I liked most about this hotel was the spacious rooms and reasonable price. The downsides were the cleanliness of the bathroom (clean but there were baby cockroaches), the rest of the security, and the security was less than vigilant; I saw people sitting around smoking several times. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel's ambiance and building are a bit dated, but I still think it's very, very good, especially the spacious rooms, fairly complete amenities, and very affordable prices. I still recommend this hotel if your destination is near the central area of Central/West Jakarta, hehe. The receptionist was also quite friendly, but the security guard wasn't on standby. He was often seen sitting down rather than opening the door. He even had to help press the elevator because he was so close to where the security guard was sitting. The hotel was actually clean, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom 🪳 (not just one, but several, and they didn't just stay for one day; even after changing rooms, they were still there).

This hotel is strategically located near JIEXPO and Mangga Dua Square, offering affordable rates and amenities. Free motorcycle parking is available behind the building, and security guards are available.

The location is good, near the JI Expo. Many food stalls around and easy to get a ride.

The hotel didn't match the pictures on the app. The hotel card was constantly broken, and I couldn't get back in every time I left the room. The room wasn't very clean, the interior was dirty and damaged, the room smelled bad, there were no toothbrushes, the TV wouldn't turn on, the sheets and towels had blood stains, and the elevator was stuffy.

I booked an executive room. 1. It was cheap and affordable. 2. The quality, comfort, service, and price were not up to par. Because a) while exercising, I noticed a lot of dirt, dust, and hair on the floor. b) The bathroom was nice, but the shower was dirty. c) There were tea towels and tea cups, but no tea or sugar. d) As soon as I exited the elevator into the hallway, I smelled musty. e) Any noise from inside the room could be heard in the hallway. f) I had requested a CO extension during my initial booking, but the staff didn't confirm it upon check-in, so we assumed it was safe. On the day, we were asked to add Rp for the CO extension. Then, when we asked for an explanation, they used a manual price calculation, not the online price we had booked. Basically, it was complicated. 3. The security guards were all nice and friendly.

The best option in Mangga Besar, quiet, clean, big bed. Recommend

A comfortable and humane place because you can check in early in the morning so you don't have to worry about ordering via the app in the middle of the night.

sorry.. i didn't have time to take a photo.. but i think the hotel is nice, it's just not well maintained.. the towels are clean.. the shower water is clean and strong.. the hot water is available and in good condition.. it's close everywhere.. close to the Mangga Besar highway.. it's a snack heaven there.. i love it 😍

The television can't be used for watching, please improve the channels, when I first entered the room it smelled of cigarettes, there were no tissues, they didn't even give me soap, how come the TV can't be adjusted even though it's only deluxe, please improve it again, sis

Room facilities such as coffee, tea, and sugar are not available. Glasses and spoons are also not available, so you have to wait a long time to ask for them.

Security was good, service was good. However, the hot water didn't work, and the shower hose was broken. So, when I got to my room, I was tired and shivering, and I wanted a warm shower, but instead I ended up with cold water. Instead of feeling better, I felt even sicker. There was no toilet paper in my bathroom either.

The room is very spacious for that price, it's really good, the bed is also very wide. The staff is also very friendly, even though I had a problem with the bathroom that couldn't be locked from the inside. The staff was immediately very helpful. Unfortunately, the facilities are lacking and this hotel looks deserted, I happened to be here just for a stopover. But you won't regret it if you want to staycation here.
