The room is quite clean and spacious, the amenities are complete, the downside is that the AC is not cold enough and the breakfast menu is not a buffet.

The staff is friendly and nice and the service is good.

The hotel staff was very kind, friendly, and responsive. The hotel felt very Balinese, with a beautiful, comfortable atmosphere, and the hallways were like those found in hotels on the island. The pool was shady, the lobby was clean and bright, and there was popcorn. It was very inviting. Thank you 👍🏻

An old hotel that is well maintained in my opinion, the bathroom bathtub is still very good, the room is clean, & does not smell musty. What needs to be improved/repaired in my opinion is the tiles/floor of the room and in the hallway in front of the room. The rest is okay, the staff response is also very good, yesterday the TV in the room had a black screen and they were also quick to fix it after being informed. Overall, it was comfortable for a few days staying there, my baby was also comfortable, the AC was also cold. It would be better to bring an extra cable roll because the power outlet is quite far from the bed (there are only 2 near the dressing table & 1 in the bathroom)

The hotel staff is very friendly, I was allowed early check-in at 11 am, the facilities are very good including the gym and swimming pool.

Despite being an older hotel, it offers a comfortable, clean atmosphere and excellent service. Recommended!

Even though the hotel is old and the furniture is old-fashioned, cleanliness is still maintained. Please maintain the cleanliness and if possible, have a breakfast package.

Arrived at 2 pm, greeted by an error parking gate due to the heat. The parking lot is very spacious, located at the back of the hotel. The mistake was because I didn't get off at the lobby, so I had to drag my suitcase back to the front lobby again. Because the back door was closed. The check-in process was quite long, the receptionist said that my data was not there and was still being checked. There was free popcorn and a children's play area in the lobby. After that the hotel key was given and our room was on the 5th floor. The receptionist was not very informative, did not tell us the location of the elevator which was not visible from the lobby. After finding the elevator, I was a little surprised, it turned out the elevator was very small. 2 adults, 3 children and 1 suitcase were already cramped. Arrived on the 5th floor. After tapping the key card, and opening the room door, I was shocked. Because there were many suitcases in the room. Then we closed the door and looked for the hotel staff around. And he said that there was a system error. Finally we were asked to wait again. After a while, we got a new key and the room was on the 2nd floor. Dragged the suitcase back into the elevator. It's long, I'm too lazy to type the rest. Pluses: - all staff are friendly - there's a pool, gym, spa - large garden, lots of gazebos for daydreaming - reasonable food prices - free popcorn in the lobby until night - close to a mixed tofu stall Minuses: - uninformative receptionist - this room is really fatal - no bathtub cover, have to ask - no sandals, have to ask - pillows are too soft, have to ask - TV is not smart - the bathroom prayer room smells pungent Tips, if you're bored at night because there's no entertainment in the room because the TV is not smart, you can try mini games, take a walk to the park. The mosquitoes are numerous and fierce. Happy hunting....

I arrived earlier than check-in time. The officer at the front was friendly, and said he would let us know once the room was ready. Finally we were able to enter about 15 minutes earlier than the check-in schedule. There was a welcome drink in the form of hot tea that you brew yourself while waiting to enter the room. Popcorn is also free. There is a bathtub even for the lowest priced room. Around the hotel there are many choices of food from stalls outside. For example, if you want to order via gofood, I found lots of interesting promos. The parking lot is spacious. There were even guests whose children brought beautiful kites and could play near the back fountain. I think the only thing that needs to be fixed is the floor of the prayer room near the parking lot. Because the floor is very different from the one inside the hotel which is very beautiful. But overall, Narita Hotel is amazing... I want to come back here again sometime...

Quiet, cool, comfortable, clean and everything in the bathroom works.

Basically, it's super complete and has close access from the mall and station.

The staff is very friendly, check in & check out process is fast. Location in the city center. Clean room.

It was fun staying at Narita, the place was clean, the staff were friendly. But unfortunately the breakfast was not a buffet. They provided an a la carte system with a simple menu. Fried rice, soto/rawon, and omlette. Not satisfied with the breakfast

Free popcorn, free welcome drink, pool, karaoke, everything was almost perfect if only there was no cleaner who opened the room with a spare key on the grounds that he had received information that my room had been checked out. Even though we were still resting. 😮‍💨
