Staff are friendly and responsive to complaints

The staff was friendly, but this time the room we got was less than satisfactory. The sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when opened. The bathroom was less than satisfactory because it didn't dry quickly, as the bathroom dryer wasn't working. Hopefully, this can be addressed in the future. The breakfast menu may need to be improved.

The room is clean but the exterior and interior of the hotel are narrow and quite old, the hotel is located in the corner of a shopping area so the parking lot is very small. One day the hotel lobby was very hot and there was an unpleasant smell that probably came in from outside. The plus point is that you can leave your suitcase after checking out, so if you just want to sleep, the hotel is quite worth it

The hotel atmosphere is cool and calm, quite clean, close to the city center, strategic, for those looking for culinary delights, you don't need to go far because it is close if you want to go anywhere.

Strategic location, clean rooms, good service, unfortunately the car park is not spacious enough.

I ordered a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. They offered to downgrade or update it with additional costs. I was already in a bad mood just about to check in. Hopefully there won't be any other drama during my stay.

Honestly, the location is strategic from Jalan Gajah Mada, so you can explore many foods. For the cleanliness of the bed and toilet, it can be improved again, and the service is the same for a 3-star hotel, when I came with 1 suitcase, 2 bags (overwhelmed) but there was no initiative from the staff to offer help. Hopefully it can be better.

First time to Pontianak and decided to stay at this hotel. Atmosphere/Facilities: calm atmosphere and ok facilities Staff Assistance: check in and check out process was assisted by staff and went quickly. Bellboy helped carry things to the room. Highlights: I like the soundproof room so I can rest peacefully. Price: affordable Location: close to culinary center

The location is strategic, close to culinary tourism just by walking around. The food is complete and cheap. Rooftop Cafe is cool to visit for hanging out at night. The room price is cheap and affordable, plus good facilities, complete. The AC is cold.

staying there was quite pleasant, only the room should be cleaner. the bathroom was a bit ugly. the white bed base was already dull. there were few mineral drinks even though we booked an exclusive room. the restaurant food was quite good. but the breakfast was a bit bland. hopefully in the future the rooms will be better and cleaner.
