Cleanliness is still a bit lacking, with cigarette butts left by the pool. The AC isn't cold enough, and the interior needs renovation. The Wi-Fi is subpar and a bit slow.

I requested a special request, but it wasn't provided. I don't know if it was my fault or the hotel staff was at fault. When I booked, I had included a flower arrangement with an anniversary message, but it wasn't available upon arrival, and there was no confirmation from the staff.

The place and facilities are very good, clean and comfortable.. less car parking, good motorbike parking.. recommended

There's no parking. Our car was parked on the side of the road and got scratched. The street was deserted, and there were no convenience stores or food stalls. The bathroom was large but dimly lit.

the place is nice and really worth it at that price, the only minus is sometimes the garden lights go out but it's still okay because it's bright outside. it's also lacking a stove but at that price it's reasonable, but overall it's okay and really worth it yesterday I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days

It's a shame that the stove has been removed, huh? From the beginning of my vacation to Bali until I moved to Bali, I always got the same room and it didn't change until now, it was still comfortable and one more thing, I could bring a doggy... I just don't know why the stove isn't there even though it used to be there, it was a shame but it was comfortable

The location is uncomfortable, shabby, the reception area is dirty & the place to put stuff, not recommended.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms and pool are clean, but unfortunately the yard walls are not well maintained. Wifi and TV signals often disappear. But overall it's really OK.

I checked in at midnight, the receptionists were already asleep.

Please, villa staff, don't sit around in the parking lot so it won't be comfortable when you leave the villa.

Villa was good, you have your own privacy. The pool is nice, the kitchen is good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed our 6 night stays in Karana Villa!

Kebersihan sangat kurang, kolam renang tidak terawat, pintu toilet rusak, tidak dapet sikat gigi, lokasinya tidak nyaman karena ribut, staff nya oke. Villa kurang terawat parkirnya sempit jadi jangan bawa mobil hanya untuk motor max 8 motor, tapi di sana ada kucing yang ramah bisa jadi nilai +, kalau mau menginap di sana bisa beri makan.

Villanya butuh banyak perbaikan, keran air mandi patah, terus air ga ngalir. Jauh dari tempat ramai, jadi susah buat cari makan

The room has lots of mosquitoes, no tissue in the room, the private pool seems to be rarely cleaned so it's not used. Luckily, the receptionist is quite friendly, the facilities don't match the price paid. Good thing you didn't bring children because of the danger of lots of mosquitoes in the room.
