No ac was actually unsleepable. Had to get a new place and wouldn’t get refunded on this

Room smelled terrible. Bedding not clean.

There was trash under the sink in our room when we walked in.

Our flat was absolutely perfect for what we needed and it did have aircon in the sitting area. We had everything that we needed to cook properly (important when you have allergies in the family), comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and enough space for everyone to sit down to eat. The residence is in an area with lots of facilities and supermarkets nearby. There are absolutely loads of nearby restaurants. It was convenient for the beach and also a 5-10 min walk from the metro station. We live in the countryside, but we didn't notice any particular noise. We completely agree with the review about it being a student residence, rather than a 5 star hotel, but it's a very nice student residence! We would very happily come back the next time that we visit Barcelona.

Avoid if you can, there were no AC in such hot weather of Barcelona and fans we’re terrible at speed. Mattress were okay so as bathroom, but still very far from any transit stop. Just 5 mins walk to beach which is the only good part of this. Breakfast was free but they serve only 1 item per person. Please avoid even if you want to save money.

I liked that the property was near everything. It was clean and was able to hold my families size.

Great place to stay in the cooler months because there is no AC, they supplies the room with 2 fans but it isn’t enough. Mainly slept here due to it being so hot. It does have a kitchenette so that benefits for quick snacks and to bring back leftovers. They kept it clean and would knock in the morning to reup on stuff.

Excellent location and price. Just a walk away from La Barceloneta beach. A small complete room with kitchenette, desk, bathroom with toiletries. I didn't like that breakfast was 3 blocks away. The should stick with basket for the room.

It is a university dorm, don’t compare it to a 4 star hotel. Has a simple kitchen, utensils are provided. free breakfast was placed inside room each day while we are out. It was a typical “continental” style breakfast coming in small packages of milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea. No meat or fresh stuff. close to beach, bus D20 takes us to Pl Espanya and many tourist attractions on the way. One minute for me to walk to the bus station on the beach. Subway station is within 10 mins walk. the staff told me it needs 20 mins to have warm water. I managed to take a shower each day within 5 minutes otherwise cold water could bring me back to colleague memory of cold shower in winter. Not complaining about anything, pandemic may make life hard there , even in a beautiful place like Barcelona.

I’ve stayed here before in the past as well as my recent 10 day stay and I will stay here again in the future! You cannot beat the price for the location! I like having a kitchenette and being able to do my own lay ndry at the facility. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly! This trip I actually had trouble with the lab who did my Covid test (for returning to US) losing the results. Multiple staff members took extra time to help me resolve this issue. There’s nothing I don’t like about this place…

Excellent séjour. Résidence calme et bien placée

Wij vonden het een fijn verblijf. 5min naar het strand en cafe s. 19min naar shopping mall en aquarium. 2min naar Lidl. Naar vershcillenee bezienswaardigheden lopen is tussen de 20 en 45 minuten. Er is 24/7 iemand bij de receptie, dus snachts later inchecken was geen probleem. Wij hadden de familie kamer met prive keuken. Schoonmaak kon wel beter, vooral in de badkamer..

Jeg rejste alene og nød at have plads og mulighed for at lave mad og have et køleskab. Roligt og hyggeligt kvater. Mange unge mennesker i området. Nemt til indkøb. Tæt på stranden. 5 min gang til metro. To stop med metro så er du 150 meter fra hvor bussen til og fra lufthavnen holder. Bemærk : det er ikke et hotel værelse ! Men en studio lejlighed / kollegie værelse.

Myös nuorisoporukat kokoontuivat yleisiin tiloihin ja pitivät kovaa melua. Aamulla siistijät alkoivat kolistella käytävillä. Asunto ja varustetaso olivat hyvät ja siistit.

Bom quarto com cozinha pouco equipada mas suficiente para cozinhar, otima localização. Estacionamento custa 20 euros o dia, é o ponto baixo.
