Had a bad experience during the check-in process, the room with the type of bed chosen was not ready, directed to upgrade the room (at a price more expensive than the difference in traveloka). Request to combine the beds could not be done, cancelation could not be done because the booking via traveloka had no cancel option, the hotel also did not offer assistance and only directed to contact traveloka themselves, the staff only emphasized the room upgrade solution, until finally informed that the room was available (because they helped), even though previously informed there were none :) so far if it is not very urgent, it is likely that I will not return again
