you need to pay for the hotel parking but it was based on first come first serve concept. very difficult to find parking space around the hotel.

strategic location close to iconic Penang.

The hotel smelled of mold.... but the last time I was moved to a better one. Only at night... there was an Indian living next door... it was really noisy until midnight. The kids were jumping... the adults were probably talking loudly. I reported it to the receptionist... but it took a long time.... there was only a response.

Stayed for 5d4n. The receptionist is not really friendly. Very hard to smile. On second day the housekeeping didnt change the towels. Then on third day we requested to change them. The room is not soundproof. You can hear people talking, laughing, children’s running here and there and also toddler’s crying. The best about this hotel is the location and the size of the room is quite spacious. Cleanliness is ok.

at the heart of Georgetown. Walking distance to Komtar, Mydin, Chowrasta, Penang Road, Chew Jetty, etc. Hotel room is clean, staffs are friendly. The only minus is we can clearly hear sounds from other room.

Clean rooms, fast check in and check out, parking is available behind the hotel, need to register first, close to Armenian Art Street and Penang Art Street. Good staff and cheap smiles.

Great location, near to everywhere. The facilities in the hotel are superb, water is provided at the lobby area, so we don't have to buy mineral water during our stay. Will stay here again next time I come to Penang.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is old but the cleanliness is still maintained and we were able to store our suitcases when we wanted to go to Hatyai 😍

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is strategic, close to the tourist center, friendly staff, spacious rooms. The feel of an old hotel, suitable for vintage lovers. Close to the Armenian park, the hotel has a 24-hour minimarket. Next time I go to Penang, I will stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to tourist attractions and food sources, within walking distance, no need to hire a taxi, very convenient, reasonable price.

Family room with 2 large beds, very spacious, usable space, clean, quiet atmosphere, close to tourist attractions, there are cafes on every street.
