Thank God, comfortable and slept soundly

The room size was okay, appropriate for the room type, so it's understandable if it's a bit cramped. The only downside was the bathroom's cleanliness. The bathroom was made of plastic (?), with an uneven floor and some parts broken. Furthermore, water from the shower leaked out and pooled in the sink area, making it slippery. It was very dangerous, especially since I was bringing an elderly person, who would definitely have difficulty bathing alone for fear of slipping. The shower water was only warm, not hot enough. The toilet smelled unpleasant. Worse still, there was still leftover shampoo sachets from the previous guest, plus a few strands of hair fell out 😀 At night, the guests in other rooms were incredibly noisy. My grandmother and I couldn't get a good night's sleep, even though it was already 11 PM 😄 I'd informed the hotel via WhatsApp, but the guests continued to be noisy, some even making loud phone calls in the hallway in front of my room. My room was in the corner, but the noise from the room near the elevator could be heard all the way to my room 🙂 Just once was enough for the experience; I wouldn't want to stay again 😁

It was a good stay at Mars City Hotel in Sanuk.

Overall it's okay, just walk to the hotel which is a bit difficult and small, so if you need to buy something it's a bit far, there's no kettle for heating water either

we stayed for 2 nights. the staffs were helpful and informative. it was located near every destination in my list. It was worth the price, and we had a good rest here. However, the bathroom needs improvement, as the water did not drain quickly and caused a puddle after we took a bath.

It's not bad for that price, but the breakfast is lacking.

friendly staff, the hotel is okay for just resting. don't expect luxury for the price of 250 thousand, the important thing is to be able to sleep and shower

Noisy, can't sleep until morning, noisy above the seats, children running around until dawn, it seems impossible for humans to sleep at that hour, the children are not sleeping, the bathroom is like on a ship, dirty with lots of black patches, dirty sheets and bedcovers with lots of stains, ask for extra towels, pay for extra pillows, unfriendly staff, rude, traumatized from sleeping there again

It's good, but there's only one thing missing, the television broadcast is still standard for a Mars City Hotel.

The check-in staff doesn't seem to understand customer service so the service provided is mediocre. Room: According to the price. There is no chair or table for using a laptop Bathroom: The water flow is not smooth, so after showering, the water is still stagnant Hotel area hallway: No routine cleaning. I noticed that the trash on Saturday morning was still there on Sunday morning, in fact it increased.

The room is cramped, there is no tissue, no hot kettle, no hand soap, the soap is oily.

the hotel staff is friendly especially the security guard but when I stayed there. suddenly the lights in the room went out and I was moved to the next room..it was just really bad mood..

Nice, modern hotel, to Icon mall and Sanur beach about 5 km, take grab 34 to 50 thousand, the hotel restaurant is expensive and not tasty, only on the right side of the hotel there are some cheaper and tastier places to eat. good and fast service also friendly. Only the bathroom water always stagnates after showering so it is very disturbing and dirty. There is a swimming pool but there is no clothesline in the room to dry clothes. There is no balcony and safety fence on the window, so it can be very dangerous if you open the window you can immediately fall down. So it's not calm to leave the children in the room for a while. Drop off the car in front of the hotel is only one way, so if you drop off to return the car must reverse. The lobby area is very comfortable to sit and wait for grab or ssorg. For those who don't know, smoking is prohibited in the room and bringing animals, if you violate it will be subject to a fine of 300 thousand for a room per day. Oh yes, be careful not to leave soy sauce or tomato sauce stains or other stains such as blood, powder, etc. on the sheets, as you will be fined 50 thousand for washing.
