I booked last minute on the day of, but luckily it was still available and I was given a room with a great view. The hotel staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious, fresh from the oven. Overall, for a kid-friendly staycation, this is one I recommend :)

The reception staff was friendly, I was able to check in early yesterday, and got cookies.

Nice hospitality, warm service... Love it

The only downside is the view. The pool is obscured by trees, and the city view is mediocre. But otherwise, it's top-notch, especially the friendliness of the staff. Thank you.

It's always a great pleasure to stay, and it has been the number 1 place to go if my family wants to go for a staycation. The ambiance and the staff are so friendly.

My niece asked me to have staycation, and I think Doubletree is the right place for kids. it has very nice large swimming area sorounding the green. Very nice and cozy.

Double tree diponegoro is very cool.. the facilities are quite complete especially for kids, there are lots of facilities for children's activities during the holidays there. providing a beautiful and enjoyable moment. the staff is friendly and very good service. the rooms and hotel area are clean. also complete with the availability of an iron in the room

My son really likes to stay here for a staycation. One night will not be long. The room, bed, pillow and the atmosphere are very comfortable. The swimming pool and breakfast are also special (almost all menus are available). Highly recommend staying here.. 🩷

I stayed over the weekend for a family staycation and had a wonderful experience. This is a family-friendly hotel with helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and a quick workout. Very recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

the food and drinks are all delicious, nothing is a failure. next time I go to Jakarta, I will stay here again

The warm hospitality began the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and of course, the signature warm nuts cookie is a charming touch that never fails to make you feel welcome. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern touches and a serene city view that offered just the right amount of urban charm. We also enjoyed the pool area—lush, resort-style, and perfect for relaxing without leaving the city.

Stayed at the hotel over long weekend, the hotel was super packed w family. Restaurant is under renovation and that made super cramped inside. However slow service from the staff to check and confirm on the bfast at the restaurant, and that made long queue just to enter the restaurant and have bfast there.
