Regarding the room, we would like to clarify that our Enchanted Room is approximately 14 square meters, as stated on the website. As also shown in the room photos, this room type does not come with windows. The hallway is used to store guest luggage before check-in or after check-out, to support guests with flexible travel schedules. With regards to your query, we would like to inform you that the cancellation is done on the day that you check out. Once the cancellation is made from our end, our bank will release the pre-authorization amount and they will subsequently inform your credit card issuing bank. The estimated release duration is between 7 to 14 working days. However, neither the hotel nor the local bank can advise when will your issuing bank be releasing the deposit. The only way to confirm this is by calling your issuing bank. We can only suggest that you contact your issuing bank and show them the release receipt.
