The entrance into the apartment blocks and the stairwell are a little scary, but the apartment itself was well presented and very clean, There was a smell of sewage from next door in the shared lobby. but despite this we had a lovely stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Metropole Apartments, perfect location. Wish we stayed longer to full enjoy the apartments.

This apartment was lovely and in an ideal location for my trip. It was so nice I actually could have moved in and lived there. Bucharest is such an awesome place and so friendly.

Lovely apartment, modern, clean, has everything you could need and a great view from the balcony. The lift looks dodgy, didn’t use it as it looked like something out of tower of terrors when we arrived in the dark so we walked up 12 flights of stairs, on some floors the sensor lights didn’t come on so we were terrified. Felt completely safe in daylight though!

Absolutely brilliant stay..owners are fantastic and the apartment is clean and modern! Has a washing Machine/Microwave kettle everything you need. Owners are fantastic too..A* from me

Amazing location in Old Town. So many choices of restaurants, bars, cafes and other shops. We were really comfortable during our stay.

We rented two apartments for one night. The first apartment was very clean. The second apartment appeared to not have been cleaned from the previous guests. The building is very old and ran down but felt safe.

My room was excellent, both clean and in a good state.

Right in the middle of Old Town and public transportation is in minutes walk

This was a nice apartment with really great and easy instructions to access to. The location is terrific and accessible to many of the most desirable tourist Venues. The bedroom itself was great and had AC. The unit had a cute little balcony. And a washer dryer, which was very handy. The sitting area is basic and was a little hot extra sleeping on the sofa couch. It would be particularly great for a couple.

Nice apartment that was plenty cool during their heatwave. Clean and enough space for two adults. Close to bus and metro lines for exploring the city. Check-in communication was great and the host was helpful for shopping suggestions after our luggage was lost for 24 hours.

This property, at least the premium suite, does not deserve the "9.4 Exceptional"status that is posted on Expedia. The shower grout was covered in black mildew, the view from the terrace was awful, not anything like the photo, the kitchen was a joke- the electric kettle had tape on the cord because it was damaged, the entrance to the building is covered in graffiti. I am totally disappointed and will not use Expedia again.

Great location to metro, fab eateries, shop marts. Building from the outside has that old socialist look. I actually loved the old commie looking lift to the 4th floor. Worked great. A wow upon entering the room. Was very pleased. Had all the amenities. Very clean and modern. The staff communicated easily via WhatsApp. I will stay here again.

The property is located exactly in town centre and the flat is clean and really nice.

Amazing location and staff were accessible. Apartment was clean and modern howerver the elevator was sketchy and hard to access (not the owners fault).

Great stay and very nice apartment in the heart of old town area. Kitchen is great to have and huge bonus was a washing machine. The bathroom is nicely laid out and bedroom and balcony was great. Apartment is super clean and well maintained for guest's. They relly make it feel like home. The restaurants around the apartment is a huge plus. We would stay again if we are back in Romania.
