Upon check-in, we were asked to sign a statement not to leave stains on the mattress, but upon entering the room, the mattress was already stained. The front desk and restaurant staff were unfriendly. However, the technicians were very helpful when receiving complaints about the lack of hot water in the bathroom. They quickly resolved the issue of getting a replacement room with only warm water. Unfortunately, the rooms and hotel environment are poorly maintained, making them look shabby, dark, and gloomy in some corners, including the lobby. This is a shame for a 4-star hotel with Traveloka Preferred Hotel status. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. Hopefully, the management can improve to be better. There are still many unpleasant experiences, but that's enough input for now. Hopefully, the hotel management will respond positively to this so that it can improve.
