Delicious, clean, comfortable, the food variety is also quite large... I think it's okay.

It was wonderful, we were staying at Novotel in a Family Room, the room space was so wide, the hot water was running smoothly. The view from our room was so wonderful too.

I recently stayed at Novotel Solo and unfortunately the experience was far below the expected standard of a 4-star hotel. The room was dusty, and the curtains were very dirty and full of dust, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was also disappointing. The juice tasted like it was mostly water, the waffles did not resemble proper waffles, the pastries did not taste like actual pastries, and the bread was not soft at all. The omelet was completely plain without any vegetables or toppings, which was surprising for a hotel of this level. Additionally, the restaurant staff seemed very limited, and they were slow to clear dirty dishes on the tables, causing an unpleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, I expected a much better experience from a 4-star hotel, and I hope the management can seriously improve cleanliness and service quality.

Hello, I stayed at Novotel Solo for 3 nights, unfortunately the room I got was not comfortable, the sink was not standard (too high), the bathroom door could not be closed properly and could not be locked, the room was too small, it seemed like the door size was forced to fit the remaining door hole area, the additional door lock was too tight and often got stuck when opening or closing the door, the shower position was close to the wall and the shower support was broken, always sagging. The children's playroom had hot air conditioning and lacked games. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, when the dining table was full the restaurant staff were quick to find a place, and again what I always disliked, the smoking area was always close to the swimming pool. It would be better for smokers to have a special room, not in an open area where people were passing by. The food was delicious and varied.

I happened to get a room that was a connecting room so it felt noisy, I could hear the noise in the next room which happened to be very crowded. So it's just lacking in soundproofing. Everything else was okay👍

The hotel is located in the city center, making it very close to tourist attractions and malls. The hotel interior is beautiful and the service is excellent.

Overall, it is in a good and strategic location. The problem is related to one of the elevators which sometimes malfunctions. Please maintain it because the elevator is very vital for guest access and safety functions.

Access to various tourist destinations is quite easy, very close to the city center. Please ask security to assist cars entering and exiting the hotel, as traffic around the hotel is quite chaotic.
