Things that need improvement:
1. The receptionist needs to be more thorough. I was staying on a motorcycle. I entered the lobby with my wife wearing helmets, and even wore helmets at check-in. Check-in was on Sunday, 4/5 PM. When asked for my vehicle registration number, I stated it was a motorcycle, but I was still allowed to enter the car. Finally, upon checkout, I still paid the full parking fee. The motorcycle counter employee asked me to go back to the hotel lobby to ask. I chose to pay because the long queue for motorcycles was also difficult to back out.
2. Receptionist: The deposit of 500,000 Rupiah should have been informed to us as customers that the deposit was made by bank transfer upon check-out on Saturday/Sunday, and would be refunded by bank transfer on Tuesday. Coincidentally, when I checked out, there were also women on the right who were upset by this information. I'm sure the customers weren't concerned about the money, but rather the trivial information they weren't told when they wanted to deposit. At the very least, they could have informed us.
