Loved our time here. Amazing location great communication from the owner. Would 100% return

The location was great, and quiet, on the main touristy street of the the old town. It was a very decent option overall, with lots of marble in the property, which gave it a luxe feel. However, in the room itself, it seemed a bit dated and in need of a deeper clean. The bed was very comfortable thought. A few things were a bit broken like the tea kettle that is made available, the towel rack, and the bathroom overall was not very user friendly.

The neighborhood offers two very fine osterias and is within walking distance of the central station. But the best part was the hotel suite, which is very tastefully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable.

On the morning of our arrival they told Us they had no water and moved us to another hotel they owned near by. We arrived and it was all locked up and I think the husband of the manager came And opened the door. They were going to clean and get the room prepared so we dropped off our luggage. We came back few hours later and they were just finishing. It appears the place was vacant and just opened and we were the only ones there. The place was nothing like where we booked, bathroom was awful and the street was very noisy. Early morning there was loud banging of cans outside and loud noise . It appears to be bait and switch booking scam. We gave our passport for photo when we got there and was told all set. Told them we were checking out at 10 next morning and was told just leave key in the room. We checked out next morning and told them via WhatsApp and no response until late that evening we need to pay and wanted my credit card number over WhatsApp. I contacted hotels site and said I am not giving them my number as I had no idea what they may do with my card number. Running transaction on the machine is one thing but this seems too fishy. We been on 3 week trip all over Italy and it Has been most dissatisfied stay to date.

Central location. Friendly owners Very good breakfast Small room at the very top, but a nice view.

Lovely apartment on main street. Clean, large, comfy bed and good shower. Only downside was despite being asked what time we were roughly arriving we had to wait for the owner so we could check in.

Great location with good coffee shops around. We were off season and it was quiet.

Nice place to stay

My husband and I loved our sty at Atenea, the room was perfect, bed super comfy, shower had good pressure and everything spotless clean. Check in process was very easy and prompt. The apartment is located in the heart of Agrigento, with tons of restaurants and bars just minutes away. Highly recommended!

Very spacious room

Ils ont été très gentils de m’accueillir après l’heure de check in . Grande chambre avec grande salle de bain. Tres bien situé, près de tout, bus,train, magasins et restos.

The location was great, near a pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants, however the parking is very difficult. Our rooms were clean, but we were on the top floor of the building and the ceiling height was very low in one of the bedrooms such that we had to hunch over. That was not particularly comfortable.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and most helpful in every regard. I especially enjoyed the art work on every wall. We found one of the best restaurants called Still Life within walking distance. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was fantastic. All and all a great place for us.

Wonderful old home converted to suites. In the heart of the city- beware it is a one way street. Loved the atmosphere! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Owners very accommodating and friendly. Would go back!

Tag bereits kein Nachfüllen des WC-Papiers - WC-Spülung mangelhaft, teilweise lief sie mehrere Minuten - kein Frühstück, nur die Einrichtung - bei Abgabe des Schlüssels keine Person vor Ort (Check-Out 10:00, wir haben um 9:45 einfach der Schlüssel auf einem Bürotisch hinterlassen) - Gebrauchtes Geschirr wurde nicht ersetzt - Kühlschrank im Zimmer frei, nicht in einem Möbel, dementsprechend Lärmemission

Close to many things like shops, restaurants, buses. Nice walking street. Big room and nicely dressed up.
