for the villa, everything is okay from the room facilities, the staff are very kind... the only thing missing is the floor, it's really dirty, like it hasn't been swept or mopped, just entering and my feet are already black. Too bad I don't have any photos, and please update your cooking utensils, they need to be rejuvenated, many of the stoves are no longer suitable🥰🥰🥰 other than that, everything is very good, it's lacking like if it's only been 2 days, it should have been a week to be satisfied

I like the sunset atmosphere the most, it's really nice in the middle of the rice fields. But the bathroom is wow without a lid, the bathtub is right next to the bed, the air extractor in the bathroom is lacking so if you poop the smell fills the room. So far this villa is unique and aesthetic

The villa is nice, the service is good, the staff is very fast, but the bathroom is open and for breakfast (American breakfast) maybe the sauce and vegetables can be arranged better. Then the microwave can be checked because it doesn't work properly.

Natural atmosphere, cool & comfortable, At night you can see the stars like in the countryside. Unique bathtub made of stone that is open to the atmosphere of the rice fields, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

AC is not working well, the room very hot. So I leave earlier. I only stay there from 3 pm until 7 pm and then I back to my home.

Location wise, it's a bit difficult to walk, so if you're not a super advanced driver, navigating the narrow roads will be a bit nervous. But for those who really like to enjoy views of rice fields, this place is really great. Compact can accommodate a family gathering with 3 rooms hehehe. There is a kitchen and a swimming pool too, when you want to swim you don't need to be afraid if you see the pool is dirty because you can order it from the butler to clean it first before we use it 🥰 Overall the stay is really satisfying 😬.

I'm had a worst experience booked a villa in Ipian Villa because when I asked to change the schedule, they said that could change with additional cost. I told them to change the schedule because I had family issue (one of my family is really sick). During that day I can't stay. Why this property doesn't understand this issue. Finally, I forced my friend to take this room. But honestly, I don't wanna it. I stayed in different villa or hotel managed by Pramana. This is the worst ever. They don't really care what the reason is. Really disappointed 👎🏻.

The villa is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, the name is Mr. Kadek. Mattress and pillows are comfortable. Clean. Can cook and complete kitchen maintenance. Very family friendly. Children can swim and bathe every day.

A true romantic honeymoon villa in the Ubud area with a green view of rice fields in the morning until the evening, don't ask if it's night. Honeymoon morning, the night is a test of guts hehehe. But worth to try, the facilities and views offered are the same as the price. I've never been disappointed with a property that has a pramana group, the best!

At the villa at night there are no staff at all staying, and no information is given at the travel agent the facilities are not complete and it's not worth it, I'm really sorry to be here.

I stayed with my extended family on 19-20 February 2022, by booking a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom villa unit. But the service from the reservation department, emi, is terrible! We were not allowed to check in early on the grounds that there were guests. OK we understand. But when we asked for a policy for late check out… also not allowed… even though on the day we checked out the villa we were staying in was empty, there was no booking! We check in the application even until the night I got home, I checked. There is no booking for the villa we live in! The staff lied as if to kick us out to get out quickly because other guests would come in. At 12 we were sent a whatsapp message as if we were guests with no dignity! I've stayed at almost all hotel & villa management managed by Pramana, but this villa has the worst service from the staff, especially the reservation section! The villa is small, the small swimming pool is only suitable for small children to swim! The room is small with the position of the bathtub in the main room right next to the bed without a barrier. And also all-all must be requested, not prepared in advance before guests arrive! We have to ask for everything first and then prepare it while the staff only works until 4 pm! There is no coffee / tea, no mosquito repellent, even though there are a lot of mosquitoes, there are no foot cloths. Prepared a kitchen with empty gas cylinders… had to wait for the staff to come again after being called to install gas. The swimming pool is set on a timer according to the hours the staff works… the water circulation in the pool turns off from 4 pm to 9 am! Then why is there a swimming pool if it can't be used? Because if the water spinner turns off, while the swimming pool is full of chlorine, it is very uncomfortable to use, especially for small children! The point is this villa is not recommended! Especially the attitude of the staff to guests, it's really bad! In a pandemic condition like this, there are lots of cheap villas scattered around Ubud, with good villa facilities and friendly staff. We can find it very easily just by searching on social media. In cheap villa groups. If the staff and the way of service is still very bad like this! No one will want to stay again in this bad villa of yours!

This is the perfect villa for those looking for tranquility, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The location is indeed a bit far and through a small alley. The only drawback is that the cleanliness must be improved again. Some parts of the room are indeed a lot of dusty, but that's understandable because it might be the effect of a pandemic.

The staff is very friendly and the location is easy to find. It's really a hidden gem, the place is clean and tidy. My son fell in love with the bathtub.

Hari pertama kami, menginap di tipe Bamboo. Oke banget! Kita lebih enjoy di sini daripada yang di tipe wooden. Suasana: tidak menyeramkan, hanya saja ketika ingin ke kamar mandi harus naik tangga dulu. Tidak disarankan membawa anak ketika ke tipe ini, tangganya agak sedikit curam. Interior: walaupun sempit kamar tidurnya tp tetep ok kok. Di sana juga ada Harman Kardon, jadi bisa mengusir sepi dengan menyetel lagu. Tp yang disayangkan ada lumayan banyak semut, tapi tidak mengganggu ya. Bawa anti serangga dari rumah. Dan wajib juga membawa colokan sendiri, karena colokannya terbatas hehe. Kamar mandi/bathub: hati-hati juga ketika berendam di bathub ketika pagi hari, sebab suka ada Pak Petani lalu lalang. Hati-hati juga dengan semut yang ada di bathub, bersihkan dahulu sebelum berendam. View: ok banget sesuai gambar, kalian bisa santai di atas jaring-jaring ayunan, dilapisi dengan selimut. Breakfast tambahan dikenakan 50k/orang. Pelayanan: ramah, makasih Bli.

We stayed here 2 nights in different room types. view: no doubt good, according to the photo. It's just that you have to be careful when you're taking a shower, sometimes there are Pak Farmers passing by hahaha. Even though there are curtains, it still feels uncomfortable. Breakfast: we don't use breakfast, if you want breakfast you can add on 50k/person. Bathtub/bathroom: Try to bring your own bathbomb, because there is not enough soap from here. Overall, the bathroom design is really aesthetic. Service: really good, we got lost in another place, but one of the employees was picked up, thank you, Bli. Overall, it's okay :) It's just that the wooden ambiance is a bit scary at night haha, maybe because the lights are dim. If you're scared, it's better if you just order the bamboo one guys :)
