Came already at 21, greeted friendly by the employees. Arriving in the room it turned out that the hot water could not be turned on and waited quite a long time for it to be fixed. Downgrade option doesn't work. An upgrade was offered, but also the hot water didn't turn on properly. I hear voices from the next door and the next next door. The next door neighbor until 4:00 am noisy, not reprimanded. The fish pond is cloudy so you can't see the fish. The staff is quite friendly. In each room there is no toothbrush, no coffee/tea maker, no complementary such as coffee/tea. TV channels are not clear and only a few channels are available. Need improvement in many parts. Hopefully in the future it can be improved.

This place is a really good champion, I love it .. beautiful, super spacious, amazingly cool, lots of pools, playland, there is a campsite, and full of super cool photo spots. access road to get there even though it is uphill but it is wide and good, it continues to be filled with stunning views. the taste of the food is good, there is also a mineral water dispenser in the room so that you don't worry about lack of water. Recommended for family holidays. some things that might be an improvement in the future: -Rooms, carpets, and cubicle walls should be cleaned frequently so that the room is cleaner and minimizes musty smells -the water heater machine in the bathroom should be maintained frequently, because I book 2 rooms but both of them don't work . - the ddpn dispenser for the room is given a cover again, especially the spy faucet part is more hygienic, thank you grand yustik and traveloka🙏

This is a really cold place, nice view and friendly service, just need to take care of the pool, the pool is a bit dirty, I wanted to swim but saw a dead frog floating so it failed, other than that everything was great.
