Actually the room is really spacious, but it's not very clean

The toilet is dirty. Dirty. Smelly. The sheets are also black and not clean. The AC is leaking, the room is flooded.

I used to stay at this hotel often, the rooms were clean, complete with wardrobes and so on. But this time I was disappointed because the room was very very dirty, the bathroom was very dirty, the room smelled of cigarettes and there were lots of cigarette ash under the bed, there was no wardrobe. There was no hot water. Really disappointed 😭

The staff is very friendly but unfortunately the room is on the 4th floor and the lift is broken so it's quite a bit of climbing the stairs to the 4th floor
