The room is dirty, the bathroom is yellow with stains, the toilet is rusty yellow, the walls of the room are dirty, the paint has peeled off a lot, the view outside the room is okay, but the room is dirty, dirty, not recommended at a price of 500 thousand for that quality of hotel. Trying to complain about changing the sheets instead the reason is that all the sheets are the same because I booked a room a long time ago, which means that if it's been a long time the room has never been taken care of again, so then the hotel rate is 500 thousand, that's the quality of the room, I'm not going to give up anymore.

Yang pertama terima kasih buat agen online dan Independence Hotel, akhir nya kesampaian menginap di sini, untuk check in cepat banget, pegawai ramah semua, lokasi strategis banget dan kamar nyaman dan wangi, hanya saja ada beberapa catatan wastafel bocor, sandal tidak disediakan, ada jarum peniti di lantai kamar mandi, untung gak keinjak, jaringan ya Allah lelet banget, mungkin ke depan bisa lebih di perhatikan lagi bagian-bagian itu, terima kasih

Kamar dan makanannya biasa aja tapi kolam renangnya bagus banget. Bersih, jernih, nggak terlalu dalam untuk dewasa. Nyaman banget berenang disini. Suasananya juga tenang, nggak berisik, cocok deh buat staycation 😍

Actually the room is nice, but unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes, electric mosquito coils are provided but they don't help at all. And the room smells musty. All the musty blankets and pillows don't smell like laundry at all. If breakfast is not bad. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel linen. And just install mosquito nets on the bathroom window so there are no mosquitoes in the room. I moved the bed so that it was close to the wall because I needed to charge it. When sliding the bed under the bed it was really dirty. General cleaning, please. I'm in room 122.

Sorry, try to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom looks like it's not on the wall brooch with the toilet seat, then under the cupboard there is still longan garbage and cobwebs, the window isn't cleaned until it's moldy, lipstick stains on the wall are not on clean up.

Saya menginap selama 3 hari di 2 kamar Superior, kondisi dinding kamar cat bagian bawah keropos & kotor. Air shower kecil sedikit ber-bau & malam ke-3 listrik padam jam 23.29 sampai jam 01.02 (lebih 1 1/2 jam) genset tidak berfungsi sehingga gelap total & panas (AC mati).

The bathroom was very dirty, there were worms and I didn't know where it came from and it was slippery and made me almost slip in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty, for the price and type of room this was very unsatisfactory. Since the start of the hotel, I have often stayed here, the hotel is new but the rooms and bathrooms are not maintained.
