All good. Great stay

Great stay, lovely hotel, great location, would definitely come back.

Our bathroom sink looked like it wasn’t clean. Staff were great gentleman working the bar in the evening was fabulous. Just little things overlooked like the ladies washroom on the main floor had to hand soap . But a great location for walking distances for most things.

Breakfast was great lo e the chocolate croissants

Well located for sightseeing, bus and train transportation. Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet at night and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great roomy shower stall. The breakfast selection wasn't huge but it was more than adequate.

Our second time here and it was great! The only thing was one barmaid refused to make a traditional hot chocolate for us and kept referring us to the machine instead.

What a gem! We stayed at the Hendrick Smithfield last month and had an amazing time. It was clean, safe, walkable to so many great locations.

The room was small but the bed was so comfortable with the down blanket slept great! The bar area and staff excellent, the had an outdoor area, entertainment every night walking distance to restaurants and jameson distillery, overall great place to stay

No shops - in a backland and gritty area. Homeless people and drug use evident around hotel

Undoubtedly, the 5 stars go to the staff for exceeding my expectations. Very friendly and helpful and they just make the place wonderful. The rooms are small. The rooms are quiet and clean. The showers are perfect. You do need to pay extra for the buffet style breakfast but it was very good and restocked when it needed it. If you are looking for a place to stay that is fancy and has room service and snooty staff, this is not the place for you. There is a cocktail bar and barista coffees available. We loved the live music. One of the staff sang, too. Perhaps a down side is that you need to walk a bit to get to the heart of Dublin but the tram is just up the road.

Very clean. Nice lobby bar with friendly staff. Rooms are incredibly tiny. Like half the size of a college dorm. No room for luggage beyond an overnight bag. Plenty of great pubs in walking distance

The room was interesting, we booked an accessible room which we found out after checking in meant it was a handicapped room. We tried to change rooms but they were fully booked which worked to our advantage because our daughter got a regular room and there is no way 2 people would be comfortable in it. Our bathroom was huge which was a plus but fully open with all the handicap amenities so you took a shower and everything got wet. The bed was not huge but comfortable though there was nothing else to really relax on. The rooms overall are not large so there was not much room to spread out our suitcases. What we wish they offered was an included breakfast or at lease have coffee and tea available for free. You had to pay extra for everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there were restaurants in the area within walking distance.
