Upon check-in, 3 hours after allowed check-in time I was informed that my reservation did not reflect on the hotel's computer even if my reservation of a junior suite room was 14 days earlier. Also, the first front desk officer who entertained me left without telling me she endorsed me to the next on duty who incidentally when I followed up wasn't still attending to my room because he worked on another client who came after me.

This is a very nice place to relax. The room is very clean. This is a highly recommended hotel for everyone who wants to stay at Iloilo City.. The price is worth to stay.. What you see in the photos is more than the expectations you had..
