Tidak bersih, kasur berkutu, gatal dikulit, pelayanan tidak ramah. Lebih baik tempat lain saja, semalaman ga bisa tidur karena kasurnya gatal sekali. Kamarnya tidakk terlalu luas, dan jorok seperti tidakk di urus. Maaf tapi ini kenyataannya🫠 🙏.

Unsatisfactory not because of the facilities, but the service, 1. The check-in schedule is late, it should be 14.00, but 14.15 is still being cleaned, even though I hope to be able to rest after a long trip, finally at half past 3 the room is ready, 2. The room is not clean, there is still dust on mattresses, tables, etc., KLW facilities are okay, with a price of 100s, you can't get drinking water, toothpaste and so on.

Enough parking for 4-5 cars, spacious & clean lobby, selling mineral water coffee tea bottles of pop noodles, receptionists are always on site & friendly, sharia lodging (if a couple, must be married), rooms are spacious & clean, TV channels are clear , the mattress is ok, the AC is smooth, the bathroom is spacious & quite clean, there is a hot shower, the trash can is outside the room. In conclusion, nice inn & worth a visit.

Unfriendly, looking for room keys over time, inappropriate facilities, power outage for more than 2 hours, dead water does not flow, AC is not cold, rooms are dirty, brown sheets may never be replaced, towels are not available, rooms are smelly/stuffy. What's worse is that the family room is on the 3rd floor, there are children, where are the stairs further away. Worse, that was the first and last stay here.

I've ordered 2 twin rooms, after arriving there was only 1 room, finally my family and I didn't stay at the repertoire hotel and that night had to look for another hotel, disappointed. I've taken a car all the way in the hope that I can rest at the hotel, but I'm disappointed, the receptionist is friendly but not polite, talking to us as guests instead he plays games.
